Moscow Exchange started publishing data on insider transactions

Moscow Exchange started calculating the insider trading activity indicator - employees of companies that have access to non-public and sensitive corporate information. Indicator of insider trading activity is an important tool for analyzing a company, reflecting, among other things, the investment mood of the issuer's employees. So far, the indicator is calculated on the basis of insider trades made in shares of the exchange itself. In early 2025, it is planned to add data of issuers from the Moscow Exchange Index.
