Samolet Group and Cosmos Hotel Group have agreed on partnership in realization of projects in the hotel market. First joint project will be an 80-room five-star hotel, which will be built by Samolet in its cottage village Port Emm Zavidovo in Kalininsky district of Tver region. Upon completion of construction in 2027, the facility will remain in the developer's ownership and will be managed by Cosmos Hotel under the Cosmos Selection brand.
