Exalter has announced a Pre-IPO on MOEX Startup

Exalter Group, owner of marketing agency Exalter and AdTech company Visible, announced its intention to conduct a pre-IPO on the Moscow Exchange's MOEX Start platform on January 22, 2025. Company plans to offer investors 500,000 ordinary shares at ₽1320 each, representing 20% of the authorized capital. Total funds raised will amount to ₽660 million, which will be used to launch and train Visible AD's proprietary platform to scale its business in the online advertising market.
