Solar Group acquires 49% of Gefest Technologies, a developer of SIEM platforms

Solar Group has acquired a 49% stake in Russian SIEM-platform developer Gefest Technologies. Amount of the transaction is not disclosed. In 2023, Hephaest Technologies' revenue amounted to only ₽1.68 million, but the startup reported a net profit of ₽55.2 million. Acquiring a stake in Hephaest Technologies will allow Solar to develop its own SIEM platform and promote it both in B2B, including major enterprises in key industries, and B2G markets.
