RusHydro may reduce dividends

Russian government together with RusHydro's management are preparing proposals to improve the company's economic condition, said Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev. RusHydro's main problem is that it pays for coal at the market price and keeps tariffs in the regulated sector. Another direction to improve the company's economic condition could be to cancel or cut dividends. A decision on this issue has not yet been made.
