CIAN's new holding company received a public status

New holding company of CIAN received public status and was transformed into ICPAO CIAN. Next stage of corporate restructuring should be an OTC exchange of shares and ADR of Cyprus-based Cian Plc for securities of the Russian company with a 1:1 ratio. After completion of the exchange process, shares of ICPAO CIAN will start trading on the Moscow Exchange.
