Moscow Exchange is winding down the derivatives market

Board of directors of MosBirch will discuss today the termination of functioning of the standardized derivatives market. At the end of December this issue was already discussed at the Exchange's Currency Market Committee, which actually recommended to cancel the trading rules for the SPFI market. Explanations to the document state that the exchange's SPFI market has not functioned since May 2022. All transactions on the SPFI market are conducted in the OTC segment.
