Ozon files a lawsuit against the developer of a burnt-out warehouse in Istra

Marketplace Ozon has filed a ₽5.49 billion lawsuit against Orientir Group, which owns the marketplace's warehouse in Istra that burned down in 2022. Representative of the developer said that the lawsuit has no grounds, as the fourth expert examination, conducted as part of the criminal case, officially confirmed the absence of Orientir GC's guilt in the fire.
