Ozon started issuing mortgages for the purchase of commercial real estate. In the mortgage for up to 15 years you can buy any commercial premises in the primary or secondary market, the loan amount - up to ₽300 million, the minimum down payment - 20% of the value, the rate depends on the value of the object, the first installment and other conditions. Service can be used by marketplace partners, as well as other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
