PIK sold a stake in Rubetek for ₽2.5-3 billion

PIK has withdrawn from the capital of smart home systems developer Rubetek, a Rubetek representative told Forbes. PIK said it could not confirm or deny the fact of the exit from Rubetek. Amount of the deal could be ₽2.43-3.25 billion, and the developer's exit from a non-core project could be, in particular, associated with difficulties in the real estate sector, analysts believe.
