PIK will build a large industrial park in Balashikha

Parametr developer, part of PIK Group, plans to build a new industrial park in Balashikha. Total area of the complex will amount to 320 thousand sq. m, and the first stage of 29.5 thousand sq. m will be commissioned in Q2 2026. Project includes both classic warehouses and light industrial facilities designed for light industry enterprises. Investments in construction are estimated at ₽23-29 bln.
