X5 consolidated 100% of Krasny Yar and Slata

X5 increased its shares in regional retail chains Krasny Yar, Baton, Slata and KhlebSol in Eastern Siberia from 70% to 100%. All of them continue to operate under their own brands while maintaining their operational processes. Acquired retail chains include 248 Krasny Yar and Baton stores, as well as 363 Slata supermarkets and Khlib Sol discounters. They have 6 distribution centers in Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Bratsk and Chita with a total area of 62,000 sq m.
