UAC to float additional issue at ₽0.65 per paper

UAC's Board of Directors set the price of the additional share issue at ₽0.65 per share. Company will place up to 2.018 trillion additional shares by private subscription in favor of Rostec, Rosimushchestvo and VEB.RF.
