Ministry of Energy proposes to transfer the Far Eastern Distribution Grid Company owned by RusHydro to Russian Grids as part of the expansion of the wholesale energy market in the Far East. Analysts believe that DRSK does not represent investment value for Russian Grids due to its unprofitability, underregulated tariffs, and dependence on RusHydro's financial support.
