Rosseti South to join Rosseti Kuban

Rosseti South's Board of Directors proposed that shareholders issue additional shares for the merger of Rosseti Kuban, whose shares will be converted into Rosseti South securities. Conversion ratio and the number of additional Rosseti South shares to be placed are not yet known. Shareholders will discuss this issue at the meeting on May 15. Securities of shareholders who disagree with the reorganization will be bought back by Rosseti South at ₽0.08454 per share.
