ROSSETI Kuban shareholders received one ordinary share of Rosseti Yug for every 0.000737954 ordinary shares of Rosseti Kuban. As a result, the share of FGC Rosseti in the capital of Rosseti Yug increased from 84.16% to 96.3%.

Rosseti of South's net profit under IFRS for 9 months of 2025 amounted to 4.5 billion rubles, an increase of 66.7% compared to 2.7 billion rubles in the previous year. Revenue increased by 46.9% to ₽60.8 billion from ₽41.4 billion a year earlier.
