PhosAgro Board of Directors updates dividend recommendation for 2024

PhosAgro's Board of Directors has changed the record date for the payment of dividends for 2024. Dividend recommendation remains unchanged at ₽171 per ordinary share. Earlier, the company said that the ballots will offer shareholders other options within this amount. Last day to purchase securities to receive the dividend is now June 6, 2025. Dividend yield may be 2.56%.
