Acron Group in 2024 exercised a call option and non-controlling shareholders of VPC exercised put options. As a result, the company bought 40% of VPC for ₽34.6 billion, increasing its stake to 90% plus 1 share. There is now one call and put option each remaining, which gives the company the right to buy and the non-controlling shareholders the right to sell the remaining 10% minus one share of VPC until September 2025.
