Softline Group's acquisition of 60% in OMZ Information Technologies LLC amounted to ₽2.2 billion, the company disclosed in its 2024 financial statements. In the deal to buy 60% of fiber laser manufacturer NTO IRE-Polus LLC, Softline made a voluntary contribution of ₽1.4 billion to the Russian budget, the report said.
