SPB Exchange floats first Islamic DFA

Auto parts manufacturer Agregat-Chelny has started accepting applications for the placement of an Islamic digital financial asset - sukuk mudaraba. Issue is a test issue with a volume of ₽5 million. Sukuk mudaraba, unlike traditional bonds, does not imply a fixed interest income, but gives investors a share in the profits from the realized project. Investors who purchase the Aggregate-Chelny digital sukuk will receive a share of the profits from the supply of auto parts after 40 days.
