Yandex has agreed with MR Group to implement its AI in new buildings

"Alice" will order passes, manage the intercom and video surveillance cameras in the new buildings of the developer MR Group. The company expects to take a third of the market for integrating digital systems in new buildings by 2030. The market for such services is estimated at ₽20 billion, and its participants expect competition to grow when Sber, VK, MTS, and other IT companies with their own ecosystems enter it with similar solutions.
