Novatek is considering the purchase of an office block with an area of 12.1 thousand square meters in the Absolut Peredelkino business Park near Vnukovo. The deal is being conducted with the developer of the Absolut Group of Companies Alexander Svetakov. According to experts, the cost of the facility may range from ₽2.4 to ₽3.4 billion. The company's existing headquarters on Udaltsova Street, according to analysts, is experiencing a shortage of space. At the same time, the new building is located in an area with convenient transport accessibility to the main location of the company.
