VTB launched a full-fledged digital bank in the domestic Max messenger developed by VK, a representative of the bank told Vedomosti. Users can pay for purchases, transfer funds, view their balance, and perform other financial transactions directly in the app — including owners of iOS devices, for whom this can be an alternative to the App Store.
