Lenta may buy hypermarkets Magnit

Lenta chain is considering the possibility of acquiring Magnit hypermarkets, a Kommersant source in the retail market told Kommersant. Interviewees of the publication do not yet know all the details of a possible deal and whether it will include all objects or only a part. Magnit and Lenta declined to comment.
