Rostelecom's capex will remain at the level of 17-18% of revenue

Rostelecom's capital expenditures in 2025 will amount to 17-18% of revenue, said Anna Tregubenkova, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of the company. There are no plans for a reduction in 2026.
