Gokhran allocate half of the budget for the purchase of diamonds

About half of Gokhran's total purchases in 2025 will be diamonds, Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev said. The federal budget for 2025-2027 provides for up to 154.5 billion rubles for the purchase of precious metals and precious stones by Gokhran.
