VK has completed the placement of an additional issue

VK completed the placement of 345 million ordinary shares at ₽324.9 per share. Participants of the closed subscription are mutual funds, whose shareholders are key Russian shareholders. As a result of the additional issue, the company raised ₽112 billion, which will be used to reduce debt.
