Lenta has acquired a Zipper

Lenta chain has entered into an agreement to acquire Mall LLC. The perimeter of the deal will include 5 hypermarkets, 18 supermarkets and 49 convenience stores under the Spar brand, as well as three distribution centers providing operational supply to the network. As a result of the acquisition, Lenta will strengthen its position in the Central Urals, where Mall LLC ranks fifth in terms of revenue among retailers in the region. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
