Diasoft's management intends to reduce the base for paying dividends

Diasoft's management intends to propose to the board of directors to reduce the base for paying dividends to 50% of EBITDA, said Dmitry Polenov, the company's chief financial officer. Diasoft's current dividend policy for 2024-2025 assumes the payment of quarterly dividends in the amount of at least 80% of EBITDA.
