Diasoft's net profit under IFRS for 3 months of fiscal year 2025 amounted to ₽252.9 million, a 2-fold decrease from ₽498.8 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 12.1% to ₽2.4 billion from ₽2.14 billion a year earlier.

Diasoft's RAS net profit for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 1.08 billion rubles, an increase of 10.2% compared to 0.98 billion rubles in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 4.5% to ₽1.097 billion from ₽1.149 billion a year earlier.

Shareholders of Diasoft approved dividends for 3 months 2025 in the amount of ₽80 per ordinary share. The last day of purchase of securities to receive dividends is July 7, 2025. Dividend yield may amount to 2.64%.

Diasoft's management intends to propose to the board of directors to reduce the base for paying dividends to 50% of EBITDA, said Dmitry Polenov, the company's chief financial officer. Diasoft's current dividend policy for 2024-2025 assumes the payment of quarterly dividends in the amount of at least 80% of EBITDA.
