MFK Zaymer bought EUROALLIANCE Bank

MFK Zaymer acquired 100% of the shares of the bank of CIB EUROALLIANCE JSC. Transaction amount was ₽490 million. Deal will allow the company to offer banking services to both retail and corporate clients, as well as develop a transactional business.
