SPB Exchange to launch trading in blocked securities

SPB Exchange Market Development Committee supported the decision to start trading in blocked foreign securities. The auction will be held in the main session from 10.00 to 19.00 Moscow time. Transactions and settlements will be conducted in rubles. At the same time, the exchange will not charge any fee for its services in order not to violate the sanctions.
