IVA Technologies will return to the issue of dividends in the 4th quarter

IVA Technologies shareholders will consider the issue of paying dividends at the general meeting following the results of the first nine months of 2025, the press service of RBC Investments reported. Earlier, the shareholders did not make a decision on the 2024 dividends, as the meeting failed to gain the required number of votes on this issue — almost 88.69% of the votes were declared invalid.
