Astra will be engaged in industrial robots

Varton Group of Companies, co-owner of Astra Group Denis Frolov, acquired 51% of shares in Technored, a domestic manufacturer of industrial robots, for ₽675 million. At the same time, Technored entered into a strategic partnership with the Astra Group. The companies plan to produce at least 25,000 robots and robotic complexes, and from 2028 they plan to export products to the markets of Latin America, South Africa and India.
