MTS Bank has set the placement price within the framework of the SPO

MTS Bank's Board of Directors set the SPO offering price at ₽1380.5 per share, which is closer to the lower end of the range of ₽1300-1600 per share. Сompany has not yet disclosed the total amount of the additional issue.
