MTS Bank raised ₽4 billion during the SPO

MTS Bank placed 2,897,574 shares on the SPO at a price of ₽1380.5 per share, as a result of which the authorized capital will increase by 8.4% from 34,629,063 to 37,526,637 shares. Bank plans to use the funds raised to increase its loan portfolio with high profitability and a target ROE of 35% and M&A transactions.
