Element Group invests 4.4 billion rubles in the production of power transistors

Element Group is investing 4.4 billion rubles in the production of gallium nitride power transistors. Project will be launched on the basis of one of the group's leading enterprises, the Voronezh Research Institute of Electronic Technology. The project will create the first full-cycle production of GaN transistors in Russia. The design capacity of the new crystal production facility will be 5.5 thousand plates in 200 mm equivalent per year.
