Element's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2025 amounted to ₽1.53 billion, an increase of 2.2 times compared to ₽0.698 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 8% to ₽1.49 billion from ₽1.62 billion a year earlier.

Element Group acquired 51% in the manufacturer of industrial robots Eidos Robotics, which will become a key asset of the group in the development and implementation of industrial robot manipulators and collaborative robots. Amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

AFK Sistema is negotiating the sale of its stake in microelectronics manufacturer GC Element to Sberbank, sources told Kommersant. According to one of them, the deal may be closed in the near future. AFK Sistema and Sberbank declined to comment. Element Group of Companies did not respond to the publication's request.
