Element bought a controlling stake in NPO Androidtechnika

Element Group acquired 51% of NPO Androidtechnika— one of the key Russian developers of anthropomorphic and industrial robots. Remaining 49% will remain with the NGO management. Deal will form the basis for the group's new direction in the field of robotics.
