Developer Etalon has entered the housing market of the Kherson region, said the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo. Governor stressed that there is a demand for housing in the region, and the military risk insurance program launched in Russia for housing construction facilities, as well as preferential mortgages, had a positive impact. At the same time, he noted, only developers who are included in the Unified Register of Developers and have a high rating can work in the territory of the new region.
