Cian plc has submitted a request for redomicilation to Russia to the Cyprus regulator

Former holding company of the Cian ad service, Cian plc, has applied for a certificate from the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus to continue operations in another country, which is an official confirmation of the possibility of moving to Russia. After the completion of the redomicialization of Cian plc, management intends to submit to the Board of Directors the issue of paying a special dividend, the amount of which, according to preliminary estimates, may exceed ₽100 per share.
