Etalon set a historical record for sales in August

Volume of real estate sold by the developer Etalon in August 2025 amounted to 76 thousand square meters, which is 41% more than a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 45%, reaching almost 19 billion rubles. Figures were the highest for August in the company's history.
