Cian reported for 9 months of 2025 under IFRS

Cian's net profit under IFRS for 9 months of 2025 amounted to 2.06 billion rubles, an increase of 22.6% compared to 1.68 billion rubles in the previous year. Revenue increased by 14.6% to ₽11 billion from ₽9.6 billion a year earlier.
