Ozon-bank has entered the debit card market for foreigners

Ozon-bank has started issuing debit cards to foreigners. Citizens of more than 90 countries, including the CIS, can receive them. Debit cards are issued to foreigners by all major Russian banks: Sberbank, VTB, T-bank and Alfa-Bank.
