VTB plans to expand its business in India and start working with retail clients. For this purpose, the bank has opened a flagship office in New Delhi. VTB also plans to open an office in Mumbai and launch a number of digital projects in the country. This includes both online banking and online onboarding, which will minimize on-site customer service.
