Investment Chamber broker has started accepting applications for the exchange of blocked assets. There are more than 2.8 thousand foreign securities in the exchange pool, which can be exchanged for 79 Russian assets. Earlier, BCS offered its clients to exchange blocked foreign assets for Sberbank securities. Both exchanges will require the approval of both Russian and Western regulators. There are no permits at the moment.
