Ukraine for the first time has launched a drone strike on an oil production facility in the Caspian Sea, hitting a large Lukoil—Nizhnevolzhskneft platform at the IM field. Filanovsky is south of Astrakhan, a source told Bloomberg. According to them, the platform received at least four hits, and oil supply from 20 wells was stopped. There are no comments from officials or Lukoil yet. The field provides Lukoil with about 6 million tons of oil per year, or 8% of Russia's production.
