Structure associated with Lenta received O'key hypermarkets

RBF Retail LLC, which bought the O'key hypermarket business, has changed its owner. Now 99% of the company belongs to Zemun LLC. Olga Zaporozhets is the sole owner and head of Zemun. However, the main buyer of Zemun products is the Lenta network. One of the reasons why the hypermarket chain is not being bought directly may be the buyer's interest in concealing information about the beneficiaries or in protecting against sanctions risks.
