Moscow Exchange has consolidated 100% of the company Procompliance, which develops software in the field of automation of compliance processes in the financial market Check4Trick. It provides an analysis of trading based on historical data in order to identify violations and potential facts of manipulation. Trading platform became part of the capital of Procompliance in April 2023, becoming the owner of 50.1% of the company.
