NSD will launch a portal to participate in corporate activities

National Settlement Depository plans to launch a portal for corporate securities transactions in the interface of the financial marketplace Finuslugi in early 2026. Initially, investors will be able to submit share repurchase requests and sell securities as part of a voluntary or mandatory offer. Then the functionality will expand.
